LEARNING TECHNOLOGY

Since 2015, I have worked as a Learning Management System administrator and analyst, focused primarily on the Core and Learning modules of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), serving five years in a Senior LMS Administration role at US Bank and over one year as the LMS Architect at Maximus.

My role at Maximus combined system and learning administration and allowed me to drive employee engagement and optimize and innovate our global LMS. 

Past LMS Administration projects include:

• Auditing and reconfiguring standardized Security Roles, Permissions, and Constraints and Email Administration

• Developing a library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids

• Migrating project training teams from external learning platform licenses to our instance of CSOD

• Building administrator engagement through regular Office Hours and monthly community meetings

• Designing a new Welcome Page and other internal custom pages, including an External Learning Auditor Portal and a page of curated Skillsoft/Percipio content

• Developing opportunities for marketing curated learning content

• Updating learning administrator training

• Troubleshooting issues for internal LMS administration community

• Serving as a technology liaison for digital accessibility training programs

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for case management

• Program management for global Leading Safety Excellence Workshop for EHS managers
