For the majority of my career, I have dedicated myself to the pursuit of an institutional position in higher education and/or the nonprofit arts sector. During that time, I found myself in a multitude of limited-term, contingent, and freelance roles that provided me with the experience and skills that continue to drive my commitment to amplifying lifelong learning and culture wherever I can.

 

In 2022, I underwent an intentional career pivot from these aspirations after seven highly-productive years in the corporate learning and development sector and dedicated myself to exploring all of the ways I can add value to strengthening organizational structures through concentrated training strategies.

I have fully embraced my role as a Learning Management System administrator and architect, focusing on building my product knowledge and professional development in such a way that my career trajectory now points to a senior leadership role in learning technology over the next 5-10 years.

During the past 18 months, I earned my Google Project Management Certification and my Core CSX Specialist, Learning CSX Specialist, and Learning CSX Expert certifications from Cornerstone OnDemand, as well as 11 certifications in digital accessibility from Deque University.

I am currently working to attain my Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), my HRCI Human Resource Associate Professional Certificate, and several other certifications in leadership and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from IE University, Rice University, The New School, and University of Colorado Boulder.
