NORTH STAR REPORT
Inspired by authors James Clear (ATOMIC HABITS) and Martha Beck (FINDING YOUR OWN NORTH STAR), I am attempting to create an "annual report" of sorts that tracks my personal and professional journey over the previous 12 months in an attempt to redirect my vision toward my "North Star," the influences and objectives that steer me in the direction to become the person I dream to be and am destined to be.
I'm hoping this exercise in reflection will result in greater accountability and amplify my sense of gratitude for the people and positive forces in my life.
I am still experimenting with the structure to see what makes the most sense to me as I record goals, achievements, values, behaviors, celebrations, and how they play a role in my organic transformation.
